Baldwin & Co. Talent Solutions was founded by sisters Jennifer Baldwin and Kimberly Johnson, two talent leaders who understand the challenges of building strong teams because they have lived them firsthand.

Beginning of a recruiting company

Our Roots

Growing up in a blue-collar family shaped who we are today. Our father worked as a roofer, and our mother dedicated her career to teaching. We learned early that the backbone of any successful organization is its front-line workers — the skilled tradespeople, caregivers, and service professionals who make businesses run and stabilize communities.

Before founding Baldwin & Co., we held front-line positions ourselves in education, healthcare, retail, and food service. We know what it feels like to work those roles. We also know what it takes to lead them, having progressed through middle management to executive leadership across multiple industries.

This progression gives Jennifer firsthand understanding of the challenges hiring managers face when building and retaining strong teams. At Baldwin & Co., she applies this people-first leadership philosophy to help clients build workforce solutions that drive sustainable success.

Kimberly Johnson

Known in the industry as the “Talent Wizard,” Kimberly brings extensive recruiting expertise with a specialized focus on industrial and skilled trades talent acquisition. Her career includes leadership roles at Epika Fleet Services, building and scaling recruiting functions for technician-heavy operations.

Her philosophy is simple: “You are the architect of your future.” She applies this mindset to every search, proactively building talent pipelines. Her track record includes successful placements across HVAC, automotive repair, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and field service operations.
